TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All rates extended are on single occupancy only. Double occupancy will be charged @ Rs. 1000/- or US $30 + taxes extra.

2. The Special Rate is exclusive of all taxes and service charges applicable in force from time to time, which shall be extra. The current applicable tax is 6% on Published Tariff.

3. Day use rates (9am to 6 pm) are available for all categories. Airport transfers will be charged extra for day use Standard and Fortune Club rooms.

4. The Check-in and Check-out time at the Hotel is 12 noon.

5. All foreigners shall be charged the Dollar converted into Indian Rupees tariff, whether settled directly by them or by your Organization at the rate prevailing as on the date(s) of stay.

6. The Indian rupee rate is applicable to all Indian nationals, diplomats based in India and foreign nationals with a work permit in India.

7. While making a room booking, you are requiring to state the category of room desired to be booked.

8. To facilitate room availability, all room reservations shall be guaranteed. Confirmed reservations without a guarantee shall be held until 1800 hours on the day of arrival or 4 hours after the flight arrival time, whichever is earlier. Released accommodation will be provided subject to availability of rooms. Reservations may be guaranteed by providing credit card details including name, card number and expiry date or against pre payment of one night's accommodation charge by cash, demand draft, company cheque or written confirmation of guarantee on the Company letter head at the hotel. Guaranteed accommodation may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the concerned date and time of check in. Guaranteed booking resulting in a no show of the guest or a cancellation of booking be communicated less then 48 hours before arrival, will entail a one night room rate retention charge. This will automatically be charged to the credit card furnished as guarantee or the deposit will be forfeited or in the case of Company guarantee, the amount will be billed to the Company for settlement.

9. Cancellation charges equal to one night room plus taxes will be charged incase of bookings are not cancelled before 48 hours of actual check-in date.

10. The Special rates are non-commissionable.

11. Room bookings received through a travel agent shall not be entitled to the Special rate.

12. This communication and the related Special rate shall not be construed as a facility for credit and bills shall be settled directly on check out in cash or a recognized credit card. Should a credit facility be required, a formal communication on the Company letter head shall be forwarded to the hotel seeking the same and clearly indicating the billing instructions. Credit extension will be solely at the discretion of the Hotel.
