General Rules and Regulation for Quiz
પ્રશ્નોતરી સ્પર્ધા ના સામાન્ય નિયમો
  • The participants and associated teachers shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic instruments during the quiz session.
  • સહભાગી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને  અને સંકળાયેલ શિક્ષકોને સ્પર્ધાના સત્ર દરમિયાન મોબાઇલ અથવા અન્ય કોઈ ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક સાધનો વાપરવાની સખત મનાઈ છે.

  • School teachers will not discuss any issue with the quiz volunteers or judges.
  • શાળા શિક્ષકો સ્પર્ધાસંચાલકો અથવા ન્યાયાધીશો સાથે કોઇપણ મુદ્દે ચર્ચા નહીં કરે .

  • During quiz, the question will be answered by the concerned team only. Other teams should not give answer otherwise the other team will get -2 marks. In any school teacher provides any clue or hint for the concerned team then the team will be out from the quiz.
  • સ્પર્ધા દરમિયાન, સંબંધિત ટીમે માત્ર પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ આપવાના રહેશે. અન્ય ટીમોએ  જવાબ આપવા નહિ અન્યથા -2 ગુણ મળશે. કોઈપણ શાળાના શિક્ષક તેમની ટીમને કોઈપણ જાતના સંકેત પૂરો પાડશે તો ટીમ સ્પર્ધા માંથી બહાર નીકળી  જશે.

  • Replacement of any participant  of a team is not allowed after registration.
  • ટીમમાં કોઈપણ સહભાગી(વિદ્યાર્થી) બદલાવ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન પછી મંજૂરી નથી.

  • There will be three rounds
      • Qualifying round (16 teams will be selected for semi-final round)
      • Semi-final round (06 team will be selected for final round)
      • Final round
  • સ્પર્ધા દરમિયાન ત્રણ રાઉન્ડ હશે
      • ક્વોલિફાઈંગ રાઉન્ડ (16 ટીમો સેમિફાઇનલ રાઉન્ડ માટે પસંદ કરવામાં આવશે)
      • સેમિફાઇનલ રાઉન્ડ (૦૬ ટીમો ફાઇનલ રાઉન્ડ માટે પસંદ કરવામાં આવશે)
      • ફાઇનલ રાઉન્ડ
     
  • Questions will be in all the three languages English, Gujarati and Hindi (optional). But one or two rounds will be exceptionally in Hindi only.
  • બધા પ્રશ્નો ત્રણ ભાષાઓ ઇંગલિશ, ગુજરાતી અને હિન્દી મા (વૈકલ્પિક) હશે. પરંતુ અપવાદરૂપે  એક કે બે રાઉન્ડ માત્ર હિન્દી ભાષામા રહેશ

  • All the questions will be based on standard 10th level.
  • તમામ પ્રશ્નો ધોરણ 10 ના સ્તર પર આધારિત હશે

  • Questions will be from the Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, General knowledge with current affairs & Computer.
  • પ્રશ્નો ગણિત, રસાયણશાસ્ત્ર, ભૌતિકશાસ્ત્ર, જીવવિજ્ઞાન, વર્તમાન બાબતો ,કમ્પ્યૂટર અને સામાન્ય જ્ઞાન સાથે જોડાયેલા હશે.

  • General rule for the marks: will be +5 marks for correct answer, -2 marks for wrong answer and 0 for not attempting. But this can be changed for different rounds.
  • ગુણ માટે સામાન્ય નિયમ:  એક પ્રશ્નના સાચા જવાબ માટે +5 ગુણ, ખોટા જવાબ માટે  -2  ગુણ અને પ્રયાસ ન કરનારને ૦ મળશે. પરંતુ અમુક રાઉન્ડ માટે ફેરફાર હોઈ શકે છે.

  • The rules for each round will be declared at the time of quiz. Participants should clarify any doubt before starting the round. No query will be entertained in the middle of round or end of round.
  • દરેક રાઉન્ડ માટેના નિયમો સ્પર્ધા સમયે જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે. સહભાગી વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ  રાઉન્ડ શરૂ થાય તે પહેલાં કોઇ શંકા હોય તો સ્પષ્ટ કરી લેવી. કોઈપણ શંકા પર રાઉન્ડ દરમિયાન અથવા રાઉન્ડના અંતે ચર્ચા કરવામા આવશે નહિ.

  • The decision of Quiz team and Judges will be final and nobody will be allowed to change the decision.
  • સ્પર્ધા સંચાલકો અને ન્યાયાધીશોનો  નિર્ણય અંતિમ રહેશે અને બીજાકોઇને  નિર્ણય બદલવા માટે પરવાનગી આપવામાં આવશે નહિ.

  • The Quiz team reserves all the rights to change any rule mentioned above as per the circumstances.
  • સંજોગો અનુસાર ઉપરોક્ત નિયમમાં ફેરફાર કરવાના તમામ અધિકારો પ્રશ્નોતરી સ્પર્ધાના સંચાલકો પાસે અનામત રહેશે.
Science Quiz

  1. Open to students from classes IX, X and XI and, only one team (two participants) per school is allowed to participate in Quiz competition.
  2. In case of large number of entries, the final round of the quiz will be conducted among the team qualifying after the elimination rounds. The elimination round can be a written test also.
  3. Questions will be displayed in English/Hindi/Gujarati and answer may be given in any of the above languages.
  4. Decision of the quizmaster will be final and binding.
  5. Schools are requested to register their team on or before 10th December 2016 by email to scienceday@ipr.res.in or by post to given address.
  6. Travelling Allowance and accommodation shall be provided as per norms mentioned below.

વિજ્ઞાન ક્વિઝ

  1. ક્વિઝ માટે માત્ર ધોરણ ૯, ૧૦ અને ૧૧ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ભાગ લઇ શકે છે. શાળા દીઠ માત્ર એક ટીમ (એટલે કે ૨ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ) ભાગ લઇ શકે છે.

  1. ક્વિઝમાં ભાગ લેવા માટે ઇચ્છતી શાળાઓં તરફથી ટીમની નોંધણી IPR NSD સમિતિને પહોંચાડવાની અંતિમ તારીખ ૧૦-ડિસેમ્બર-૨૦૧૬છે. નોંધણી  scienceday@ipr.res.in  પર ઈમેલ દ્વારા અથવા નીચે આપેલ સરનામાં પર ટપાલ/પત્ર  દ્વારા પણ માહિતી મોકલી શકાશે.

  1. ક્વિઝમાં ભાગ લેનાર શાળાઓની સંખ્યા વધારે હોવાના સંજોગોમાં સ્ક્રીનિંગ ટેસ્ટ દ્વારા કવીઝના ફાઇનલ રાઉન્ડ માટેની ટીમોની પસંદગી કરવામાં આવશે. નોંધનીય છે કે સંખ્યાને અનુસંધાને સ્ક્રીનિંગ ટેસ્ટ તરીકે લેખિત પરીક્ષા પણ હોઈ શકે છે. 

  1. તમામ પ્રક્રિયામાં પ્રશ્નો અંગ્રેજી/હિન્દી/ગુજરાતીમાં એમ ત્રણેય ભાષામાં આપવામાં/પ્રદર્શિત કરવામાં આવશે અને જવાબ કોઇ પણ ભાષામાં આપી શકાશે.

  1. ક્વિઝ માટે ક્વિઝમાસ્ટર દ્વારા લેવાયેલ નિર્ણય આખરી અને સર્વેને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે.

  1. બહારગામની શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે મુસાફરી ભથ્થું (ટિકિટ ભાડું) અને રહેવાની વ્યવસ્થા નીચે ઉલ્લેખ કર્યા મુજબ ધારા-ધોરણો મુજબ આપવામાં આવશે.
