Science Exhibition- 7th and 9th Jan 2017

  1. The theme for Scientific Models/Project exhibition is “Science, technology and innovation for sustainable development”.

  1. Maximum of two models can be proposed by each school for the exhibition. Final selection will be based on the merit of the model. The decision of National Science Day (NSD) committee will be final.

  1. Schools should send details of the models on or before 10th December 2016.

  1. Details regarding requirement of electric power/ power points, water, extra open space, dark room etc. should be clearly mentioned in the details (check the form attached).

  1. Prizes for best models and participation certificates will be given at the end of the event.  There will be three prizes for working model and two for non-working model category.

  1. The models must have not been displayed previously at IPR NSD and must be in line with the theme of Science Day. If any school/group wants to display the same model they presented in NSD 2016, they should mention clearly the innovations / fresh idea incorporated in the model. Please mention the related status of your model in the entry form.

  1. The selected models will be provided  following support:
      • Travel Allowance (up to Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar) and accommodation as per norms mentioned in following section.
      • For outstation participants, IPR will provide bus service to carry their model to IPR site from RTO circle, BRTS bus stop,        Ahmedabad via a shuttle bus service. The last bus will be available at 5:00 pm from RTO circle. IPR will not provide any transportation service to any participants arriving after 5:00 pm on 6th Jan.
      • Tea, Snacks and Lunch will be provided to maximum 2 students per projects and 2 teachers per school.

વિજ્ઞાન પ્રદર્શન

  1. વિજ્ઞાન મોડલ/પ્રોજેક્ટ પ્રદર્શન માટેનો મુદ્દો "સ્થાયી વિકાસ માટે વિજ્ઞાન, તકનીક અને નવીનતા\નવપરિવર્તન " રાખવામાં આવેલ છે.

  1. પ્રદર્શન માટે દરેક શાળા મહત્તમ ૨ મોડલ પ્રસ્તુત કરી શકે છે. પ્રસ્તુત મોડેલ માંથી પ્રદર્શન માટેના મોડલની પસંદગી NSD સમિતિ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે. પસંદગી માટેના મોડલની ગુણવત્તા તેમજ વિષયવસ્તુ પ્રત્યેના સમન્વયને ખાસ ધ્યાન આપવામાં આવશે.

  1. શાળા તરફથી મોડલ/પ્રોજેક્ટની વિગત IPR NSD સમિતિને પહોંચાડવાની અંતિમ તારીખ ૧૦-ડિસેમ્બર-૨૦૧૬છે.

  1. એપ્લિકેશન મોકલતી વખતે મોડેલ માટેની સંબંધિત જરૂરિયાતો જેમ કે ઇલેક્ટ્રિક પાવર/પાવર પોઇન્ટ, પાણી, ખુલ્લી જગ્યા, ડાર્ક રૂમ, મોડલની અંદાજીત સાઈઝ વગેરેની વિગતોનો સ્પષ્ટ ઉલ્લેખ ફોર્મમાં કરવુ જરૂરી છે.

  1. શાળા દ્વારા પ્રસ્તુત મોડલ IPR NSD પર અગાઉના વર્ષે દર્શાવવામાં આવેલ હોવા જોઈએ નહિ. જો કોઈપણ શાળા/ગ્રુપ  NSD ૨૦૧૬માં રજુ કરેલ/પ્રદર્શિત કરવામાં આવેલ મોડેલને રજુ કરવા ઇચ્છતા હોય તો એવા સંજોગોમાં શાળા દ્વારા મોડેલમાં કરેલ ફેરફાર/ઉમેરાયેલ નવીનતા વિષે સ્પષ્ટ ઉલ્લેખ કરવો જરૂરી છે. નોંધ : અરજી/ એપ્લિકેશન ફોર્મમાં લાગુ પડતી મોડેલ સંબંધિત સ્થિતિનો ઉલ્લેખ કરવો.

  1. શ્રેષ્ઠ મોડેલોના ઇનામ, પ્રમાણપત્રો અને participation પ્રમાણપત્રો સાયન્સ ડે ઉજવણીને અંતે આપવામાં આવશે. કાર્યરત (working) મોડેલ માટે ત્રણ ઇનામ  અને સ્થૂળ (non-working) મોડેલ માટે ૨ ઇનામની જોગવાઈ છે.

  1. પ્રદર્શન માટે પસંદ કરાયેલ મોડેલ માટે નીચે જણાવેલ સવલતો પૂરી પાડવામાં આવશે.
    • NSD સમિતિ દ્વારા ધારા-ધોરણો મુજબ અમદાવાદ/ગાંધીનગર સુધીનું ટિકિટ ભાડું અને રહેવાની વ્યવસ્થા.
    • બહારગામથી આવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને શિક્ષકોને ૬-જાન્યુઆરીના રોજ અમદાવાદથી IPR આવવા માટે/મોડેલ લાવવા માટે શટલ બસ સેવાની વ્યવસ્થા રહેશે. આ બસ આરટીઓ સર્કલ, બીઆરટીએસ બસ સ્ટોપ, અમદાવાદથી IPR વચ્ચે કાર્યરત રહેશે. છેલ્લી બસ આરટીઓ સર્કલથી ૫:૦૦ PM ની રહેશે. IPR ૬_જાન્યુઆરીના દિવસે ૫:૦૦ PM પછી કોઈપણ પરિવહનની સવલત આપી શકશે નહિ અને જે તે શાળાએ પોતાની રીતે IPR ખાતે ​૬ વાગ્યા સુધીમાં પહોંચવા વિનંતી. ​નોંધનીય છે કે ૬ વાગ્યા પછી IPRમાં પ્રવેશ શક્ય નથી.
    • મોડલ સાથે આવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/શિક્ષકો માટે સાયન્સ ડે દરમિયાન વિનામૂલ્યે ચા, નાસ્તો અને બપોરના ભોજનની વ્યવસ્થા (મોડેલ દીઠ મહત્તમ ૨ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને શાળા દીઠ ૨ શિક્ષકો) કરવામાં આવેલ છે
