Science Exhibition

1) The theme for Scientific Models/Project exhibition is “Role of Science & Technology in Modern Transportation”  

2) Maximum of two models can be proposed by each school for the exhibition. Final selection will be based on the merit of the model. The decision of National Science Day (NSD) committee will be final.

3) Schools should send details of the models on or before 10th January 2019.  

4) Details regarding requirement of electric power/ power points, water, extra open space, dark room etc. should be clearly mentioned in details (please check the form attached).  

5) Prizes for best model and participation certificates will be given at the end of the event.  There will be three prizes for working model and two for non-working model category.

6) Models must have not been displayed previously at IPR NSD and must be in line with the theme of Science Day. If any school/group wants to display the same model they presented in NSD 2018, they should mention clearly the innovations / fresh idea incorporated into the model. Please mention the related status of your model in the entry form.

7) Selected models will be provided  following support:
  • Travel Allowance (up to Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar) and accommodation as per norms mentioned in following section:  “I---Travel details….”
  • Tea, Snacks and Lunch will be provided to maximum 2 students per model and 2 teachers per school.    

વિજ્ઞાન પ્રદર્શન:

1) વિજ્ઞાન મોડલ/પ્રોજેક્ટ પ્રદર્શન માટેનો મુદ્દો  " આધુનિક પરિવહનમાં વિજ્ઞાન અને તકનીકની ભૂમિકા"   રાખવામાં આવેલ છે.
 
2) પ્રદર્શની માટે દરેક શાળા મહત્તમ ૨ મોડલ પ્રસ્તુત કરી શકે છે. અંતિમ પસંદગી મોડેલની ગુણવત્તા તેમજ વિષયવસ્તુ પ્રત્યેના સમન્વય પર આધારિત હશે. નેશનલ સાયન્સ ડે (NSD) સમિતિનો નિર્ણય અંતિમ રહેશે

3) શાળા તરફથી મોડલ/પ્રોજેક્ટની વિગત IPR NSD સમિતિને પહોંચાડવાની અંતિમ તારીખ ૧0-જાન્યુઆરી-૨0૧૯ છે.

4) એપ્લિકેશન મોકલતી વખતે મોડેલ માટેની સંબંધિત જરૂરિયાતો જેમ કે ઇલેક્ટ્રિક પાવર/પાવર પોઇન્ટ, પાણી, ખુલ્લી જગ્યા, ડાર્ક રૂમ, મોડલની અંદાજીત સાઈઝ વગેરેની વિગતોનો સ્પષ્ટ ઉલ્લેખ ફોર્મમાં કરવુ જરૂરી છે.

5) શાળા દ્વારા પ્રસ્તુત મોડલ IPR NSD પર અગાઉના વર્ષે દર્શાવવામાં આવેલ હોવા જોઈએ નહિ. જો કોઈપણ શાળા/ગ્રુપ  NSD ૨૦૧૮ માં રજુ કરેલ/પ્રદર્શિત કરવામાં આવેલ મોડેલને રજુ કરવા ઇચ્છતા હોય તો એવા સંજોગોમાં શાળા દ્વારા મોડેલમાં કરેલ ફેરફાર / ઉમેરાયેલ નવીનતા વિષે સ્પષ્ટ ઉલ્લેખ કરવો જરૂરી છે. નોંધ: અરજી/ એપ્લિકેશન ફોર્મમાં લાગુ પડતી મોડેલ સંબંધિત સ્થિતિનો ઉલ્લેખ કરવો.

6) શ્રેષ્ઠ મોડેલોના ઇનામ, પ્રમાણપત્રો અને participation પ્રમાણપત્રો સાયન્સ ડે ઉજવણીને અંતે આપવામાં આવશે. કાર્યરત (working) મોડેલ માટે ત્રણ ઇનામ  અને સ્થૂળ (non-working) મોડેલ માટે ૨ ઇનામની જોગવાઈ છે.

7) પ્રદર્શન માટે પસંદ કરાયેલ મોડેલ માટે નીચે જણાવેલ સવલતો પૂરી પાડવામાં આવશે.

  1. NSD સમિતિ દ્વારા ધારા-ધોરણો મુજબ અમદાવાદ/ગાંધીનગર સુધીનું ટિકિટ ભાડું અને રહેવાની વ્યવસ્થા.
  2. બહારગામથી આવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને શિક્ષકોએ જે ૧ લી ફેબ્રુઆરી ના રોજ પોતાનું મોડેલ IPR માં સ્થાપિત કરવા માંગતા હોય તેમણે પોતાની રીતે IPR માં પહોંચી જવાનું રહેશે. ૧ લી ફેબ્રુઆરી ના રોજ IPR  થી ઉતારા પર જવા માટે રાત્રે ૮:૦૦ વાગ્યે બસ ની વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવેલ છે. ​નોંધનીય છે કે ૬:૦૦ વાગ્યા પછી IPR માં પ્રવેશ શક્ય નથી.

8) મોડલ સાથે આવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/શિક્ષકો માટે સાયન્સ ડે દરમિયાન વિનામૂલ્યે ચા, નાસ્તો અને બપોરના ભોજનની વ્યવસ્થા (મોડેલ દીઠ મહત્તમ ૨ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને શાળા દીઠ ૨ શિક્ષકો) કરવામાં આવેલ છે.
