The Fourth IAEA Technical Meeting (IAEA-TM) on Steady State Operation of Fusion Devices and MHD of advanced scenarios will be hosted by the Institute for Plasma Research, Gandhinagar, India from 1 February to 5 February 2005. The IAEA Technical Meeting on Steady State
Operation of Magnetic Fusion Devices is a workshop for open discussions on
physics and technology issues of steady state operation of magnetic fusion
devices. The specific requirements associated with the construction and
steady state operation of new machines shall be addressed. The scope of
this meeting is to bring together the experts from the field of steady
state operation to present results from existing long-pulse machines and
discuss physical and technological aspects of new long-pulse
machines. The format of the meeting will be as follows: Plenary Talks (45 minutes duration) Invited Talks (30 minutes duration) Oral Presentations (20 minutes duration) Poster Sessions Posters will be exhibited for the entire Conference duration and participants are requested to pin-up their posters from Feb. 1, 2005.
