I am a Research Scholar at Institute For Plasma Research (IPR) Gandhinagar, presently in the third year of IPR PhD. programme.

My area of interest is statistical mechanics of equilibrium and non-equilibrium complex systems. I study how systems wiggle , and how they respond and dissipate energy when kicked (of course gently !). We study these wiggles and fluctuations at the micro scale by invoking Linear Response Theory and using appropriate Green - Kubo Correlation functions. Currently I am studying statistical and hydrodynamical phenomena in strongly coupled dusty plasmas (Yukawa systems).
