Symposium Fee

The Symposium Fee is 150€ for regular participants, 100€ for students

Payment can be done by Bank Transfer, see the webpage Fees and payments. The link to the payment shall be activated post the notification of the abstract acceptance on 30th June 2024. How ever the participants are encouraged to fill in the registration and visa application form to enable on time issuance of visa invitation letters.

A receipt for the meeting fee will be provided and sent by email. All attendees are requested to register through the website on or before 30 July 2024.
