Limited amount of assistance is being made available by the LOC for the following :

1. Travel (to and fro 3T-AC sleeper fare to Ahmedabad by shortest route)

2. Accommodation (twin shared accomodation will be provided by the LOC)

3. Registration fee (Fee waiver / rebate for deserving participants)

Participants who would like to avail the above financial assistance(s) need to indicate the same in the on-line registration form.

LOC will intimate those who qualify for financial assistance (and quantum of sanctioned assistance) by e-mail on or before 15th July 2013. The decision of the committee will be final and binding.

Applicants selected for assistance will have to provide proof of non-availability of funds from their host institute.

Who can apply ?

Students, research scholars and junior faculty (under the age of 35) are eligible for assistance for travel, accommodation and registration fee waiver/rebate.
