Colloquium Schedule Oral Presentations Poster Presentations

Registration for the colloquium will be open from 8:45 AM, 6th August 2015

Registration desk will be closed during oral sessions.

All participants making a presentation (Oral / Poster) are required to submit an e-copy of their talk / poster. They can either email it to the Local organizing committee or submit it to the designated person at the Registration Desk during the course of the Colloquium.

Details of Oral presentations

1. Time allotted : 15 mins + 5 mins discussion

2. Format : Microsoft Power Point

Student oral presnters are requested to strictly adhere to the time schedule. There will be no questions taken during the talk. All questions will be only after the talk is completed.

Details of Poster presentations

1. Maximum size of the poster : A1 (841 x 594 mm)

Posters will have to be displayed all through the day and the presenting author will have to be present at his/her poster during both the poster sessions of the day.
