Abstract due date: November 30, 2014
Abstract submission and conference registration are needed to be done separately. Please express your interest in participation by quick Registration and submit your abstract by due date. (Please note that you are not required to pay registration fees during abstract submission.)
Participation and Paper Submission Procedure
To participate in the meeting, a completed Participation Form A must be transmitted to the IAEA through an appropriate authority (e.g. Ministry of Foreign Affairs or National Atomic Energy Authority). Participants wishing to submit a contribution to the meeting will also need to submit a completed form for submission of a paper Form B together with a one-page, text-only abstract of their presentation or poster to their appropriate authority (e.g. Ministry of Foreign Affairs or National Atomic Energy Authority ) for subsequent transmission to the IAEA. A participant will only be accepted if the Participation Form is transmitted through the appropriate authority. The forms and abstracts must be received by 15th January 2015. Participants whose nominations have been received by the IAEA will be notified by 15th February 2015.
Individuals who intend to contribute a talk or poster should also send one copy of the IAEA Participation Form, Abstract Submission Form, and Abstract to both of the following:

Instruction for Abstract preparation:
Abstract should be prepared using Microsoft Word. The template and example can be downloaded here: IAEATM-Abstract-Template
Please follow the guidelines carefully. In particular be sure to select standard US letter size paper (8.5 in x 11.0 in), not A4 style paper. (this is selected under Page Layout)
Abstracts must fit on one page, with the designated margins (1.0 inch top/bottom, 1.0 inch left/right)
Save your file and name it in the format Firstname-Organization-Topic-O/P.doc
(e.g. Kirti-IPR-1-O.doc) 1: Plasma Control O: Oral P: Poster
If you have more than one abstract, give it a unique number (e.g., Firstname-2-Organization-Topic-O/P.doc)
After you have prepared your abstract according to the instructions above, proceed to the Abstract Submission page. There you will be asked to:
