Oral PresentationsPrepare electronic slides, in PDF or Power Point. A Windows PC will be provided. Special arrangements for using your own Macintosh laptop must be made in advance. Talks are either 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion, or 25 minutes + 5 minutes discussion, see your acceptance letter.
PostersThree poster sessions will be held in the afternoon. Each poster board measures 150 cm in height × 100 cm in width. Present the information on your poster in a manner that will be clearly visible and easy to be read from a 1 meter distance.
Paper submission due April 24, 2015As with the past meetings in this series, a subset of contributions will be peer-reviewed and published. Directions and explicit links will be sent out to authors and will be displayed on the meeting web site soon. Journal contributions will have the following page limits:
