Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and renovation of buildings, roads, academic and administrative facilities at regular intervals to maintain the structural integrity of campus infrastructure.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Assess work feasibility and prepare cost estimates, drawings, technical specifications, and maintenance schedules for civil works.
- Develop and maintain horticulture and landscaped gardens to preserve green spaces across the campus.
- Monitor and maintain the campus water supply and drainage systems.
