Format of Presentations
The Symposium Program includes invited talks, oral and poster presentations. Contributed papers may be selected eitherfor oral or poster presentation. Each invited talk is a 25 min presentation with 5 min of QA session. The Oral presentations will be of 15 duration followed by 5 minutes QA session. The slides of the oral presentations will be uploaded ontothe online conference platform.
Poster presenters are expected to prepare a poster in A0 portrait format, which can be uploaded onto the onlineconference platform. Conference participants will be able to view the posters at any time during the conference.
Each poster presenter will be able to present her/his poster during the time slot of the poster session to which the contribution is assigned. There will be 2 poster sessions in total,each lasting about 2 hours.
The working language of the Symposium is English.
