As a part of Outreach Activities of IPR, local schools and colleges as well as other outstation educational institutions are invited to visit IPR, FCIPT and its R&D facilities.

  Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar
31 students of semister-2, 4 and 6 with 1 faculty member of B.Sc. Department of Physics, School of Energy  Technology, PDEU, Gandhinagar visited IPR on 2nd Feb 2026. At IPR, these students and faculty were introduced to Basics of Plasma, Fusion, Tokamak and Other applications of Plasma by Mr. Manu Bajpai. Later, plasma based exibits at Outreach Hall were demonstrated by Outreach division members to the visitors. Finally the visitors were briefed about  SST1 tokamak  by  Mr. Gattu Ramesh in the tokamak hall.

  IndoScience, Pune
36 students from class 8 and 9 with 9 teachers of Indo Science, Pune visited IPR on 11th Feb 2026. At IPR, these students and faculty were introduced to Basics of Plasma, Fusion, Tokamak and Other applications of Plasma by Mr. Gattu Ramesh Babu. Later, plasma based exibits at Outreach Hall were demonstrated by Outreach division members to the visitors. Finally the visitors were briefed about  SST1 tokamak  by  Mr. Gattu Ramesh in the tokamak hall.

  Ganpat University, Gandhinagar
Faculty from Ganpat University, Mahesana, Gujarat visited IPR on 12th Feb 2026. They were introduced to Plasma, Tokamak and other applications through an introductory talk followed by demonstration of exhibits at outreach hall.

  University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Rajasthan
16 students with one faculty member of Enery Materials and Devices laboratory, Department of Physics, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Rajasthan visited IPR on 13th February, 2026. Mr. Manu Bajpai introduced what is Plasma, tokamak and other societal benefits of plasma. Visitors were demonstrated the plasma exhibits at outreach hall followed by SST1 visit.

  Charotar University of Science and Technology, Changa, Anand E.C. Dn.A & Dn.B
52 students with two faculty members of of Dn.A. of V.T. Patel Department of E & C Engn., Charusat Space Research and Technology Cener, Charotar University of Science and Technology, Changa, Anand visited IPR on 18th February, 2026. Another batch of 52 students with two more faculty members of Dn. B visited on 19th February 2026. Mr. Manu Bajpai introduced what is Plasma, tokamak and other societal benefits of plasma. Visitors were demonstrated the plasma exhibits at outreach hall followed by SST1 visit.

48 students with 4 faculty members of Computer Engn., School of Dipolma Studies, Faculty of Engn., and Technology, Atmiya University, Rajkot visited IPR on 20th February, 2026. Mr. Narendrasinh L Chauhan introduced what is Plasma, tokamak and other societal benefits of plasma. Visitors were demonstrated the plasma exhibits at outreach hall followed by SST1 visit.

  Modasa Engineering College, Modasa
22 students with 2faculty members of  sem. 2, 4 and 6 of Electrical Engineering Department, Government Engineering College, Modasa visited IPR on 24th February, 2026.
