Please read the following instructions before submitting the registration form

Registration (Google Form) is compulsory for participation in events of NSD-2023.

1.
| Only ONE registration form should be submitted by a school (Google Form).
|
2.
| Details of ALL the participants (students and teachers) for NSD 2023 should be filled in this form.
|
3.
| Before filling the form, kindly collect data regarding the students who wish to participate in various competitions.
|
4.
| Have the pdf versions (< 1MB each) of write-ups of Student's Model, Teacher's Model, Essay to upload in the form.
|
5.
| Record your Skit video. Upload it on your YouTube Channel and have the link of the video to enter in the form.
|
6.
| Maximum 10 students & teachers/school ONLY can participate in NSD2023 competitions . Students can participant in more than one competition also.
|
7.
| This form can be edited by modifying any data or adding any information even after submitting once untill the deadline date/time of 17:00 of 6-Jan-2023. (But from the same Gmail ID)
