Poster Competition-NSD2023
a)
General Information
1.
All participating schools should nominate student(s) for this NSD2023 competition by entering the details of participants in the Google form ONLY before the deadline of 17:00 of 6-Jan-2023.
2.
The link is given with the Invitation letter or on this website under "Registration Form" category.
3.
Students studying in 8th to 12th standards are eligible for this competition.
4.
Each school can nominate only one different participant for each language (English, Hindi and Gujarati).
3.
This NSD2023, the competition shall be conducted in two levels i.e.,
a) Selection Round and b) Final Round.
4.
All the participants in the selection round will be given participation e-certificates.
5.
First, Second and Third prizes will be awarded in final round for all the three languages.
6.
Winning participants will also be presented winner e-certificates.
7.
The participants selected for the final round have to submit their bank account details for on-line bank transfer of transport allowance and winners for their prize money.
8.
In case of any issue related to this competition, the decision of the NSD2023 committee will be final and binding.
9.

b)
Selection Round
1.
 The topic for the selection round will be :
“Science & Technology for a clean and green society”
"स्वच्छ और हरित समाज के लिए विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी"
“સ્વચ્છ અને હરિયાળા સમાજ માટે વિજ્ઞાન અને ટેકનોલોજી”
2.
The school will submit a hard copy of their poster entries on A3/A4 sized paper to the following address by post or courier to:
The Coordinator, NSD2023,
Institute for Plasma Research,
Bhat, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382428
3.
All the posters recieved by us on or before 17:00 hrs 6-Jan-2023 only will be evaluated.
4.
The top SIX participants from each of the three languages will be intimated on 20-Jan-2023 through email. The same shall be available on NSD2023 website also.


c)
Final Round
1.
Top SIX participants shortlisted for the Final Round will appear in person for the competition  at  IPR  on 4th Feb, 2023 (reporting time : 09:00).
2.
The topic for the final round shall be given on 31-Jan2023. The same will be available on NSD2023 website also.
3.
The participants will have 2 hours to complete their posters at IPR.
4.
Participants are provided with A3 paper only.
5.
Participants should bring their own drawing/painting related materials.
