Transport Allowance for Outstation Participants - NSD 2023



Following rules are application for calculation/reimbursement of Travelling expenses for the outstation candidates participating NSD2023 at IPR during 4th-5th February 2023.


1.
Participants selected for Final round of NSD 2023 competitions at IPR and coming from places outside the town limits of Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad are considered as Outstation Participants.
2.
Originating place: Town/City where the school is located.
3.
Destination Place: Ahmedabad:  Geeta Mandir Bus Station or ISCON Circle.
                        Gandhinagar: Pathikashram Bus Station or Adalaj Circle.
4.
Every participant is eligible for a single To-and-Fro fare a) between origination and destination places and b) local transport.
5.
Local Transport : Participants are advised to come from destination place to :
a) accommodation place on 3rd Feb 2023 after 18:00 hrs to 4th Feb 2023 07:00 hrs
b)IPR on 3rd Feb 2023 afternoon 15:00 to 18:00 hrs / 4th Feb 2023 after 08:00 hrs

Outstation Fare Eligibility:
                   (1) All GSRTC Gurjarnagari, Sleeper or Express bus fare or
                   (2) Indian Railways II sleeper or II sitting fare or
                   (3) GSRTC or other Volvo, AC luxury, AC sleeper or own means - Fare eligibile as per (1)
                   (4) AC Train ticket - Fare eligible as per (1)
7.
Local Fare Eligibility: A participant is eligible from Detination place to Accommodation place / IPR for a single to-and-fro fare equal to AMTS/BRTS/city bus tickets ONLY in addition to Outstation Fare irrespective of mode of travel.
8.
Based on previous NSD participanting schools and latest GSRTC fares as on 15th January 2023, a list of schools with Originating Place and eligible GSRTC bus fares shall be uploaded for information only.
