Please read the following instructions before submitting the registration form

Registration (Google Form) is compulsory for participation in events of NSD-2024.

1.
| Only ONE registration form should be submitted by a school (Google Form).
|
2.
| Details of ALL the participants (students and teachers) for NSD 2024 should be filled in this form.
|
3.
| Before filling the form, kindly collect data regarding the students who wish to participate in various competitions.
|
4.
| Please keep ready the PDF versions (max. 4 MB) of write-ups for 1) Students' Models, 2) Teachers' Model and 3) Essays to upload, while filling the form.
|
5.
| Record your Skit video. Upload it on your YouTube Channel and have the link of the video to enter in the form. Donot submit locked (private) YouTube videos.
|
6.
| Students can participant in more than one competition also.
|
7.
| This form can be edited by modifying any data or adding any information even after submitting once untill the deadline date/time of 17:00 of 09-Jan-2024. (But from the same Gmail ID)
