June 2026 Visits

  Indian Youth Nuclear Society (IYNS) Research Foundation, Pune

As a part of Indian Youth Nuclear Society (IYNS) National & International Internships by IYNS Research Foundation, Pune, 6 students and 1 faculty member participated in Five day program at IPR during 1-5 June 2026. On the First day, these students were introduced to Plasma, Energy, Tokamak and other applications by Mr.Chetan Jariwala and Ms. Harsha. Later plasma based exhibits were demonstrated at Outreach Hall by ORDians followed by SST1 tokamak visit by Mr. Gattu Ramesh Babu. On the Fourth day, Ten Hands-On Experiments on Electricity, Electromagnetism, Electromagnetic Wave Propagation was organized by Mr. Gattu Ramesh Babu for these students. On the Fifth day, Solar observation telescope, feedback presentation was conducted at Outreach Hall.

  IIMA Ventures, Ahmedabad

As a part of AI Summer Residency 2026 programme organized by IIMA Ventures, Ahmedabad on 2nd June 2026 – 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM, about 46 AI internship students with 4 faculty members of Deeptech Research Activities visited IPR. The program details are:

  Ganpat University, Mehsana

79 MCA students and 4 faculty on 09th June 2026 from 2pm to 5 pm from Ganpat University, Mehsana visited IPR, Mr. Manu Bajpai introduced plasma, tokamak and other applications through powerpoint presentation. Later plasma based exhibits were demonstrated by ORDians to the visitors followed by a Group picture and SST1 lab visit.

  Anand Niketan School, Sughad, Gandhinagar

25 students with 3 faculty members of grade 11th and 12th Science of Anand Niketan School, Sughad had an academic visit to IPR on 24th June 2026. The visitors were introduced with Plasma, Energy, Tokamak and other applications by Mr. Gattu Ramesh Babu. Later the plasma based exhibits at Outreach Hall were demonstrated followed by a Group picture.
