  • Maximum 8 Students and 2 teachers per school would be provided accommodation and Travelling Allowance by IPR, however category wise student eligible for TA + accommodation is as follows.
        • Quiz                       :  2 students per school
        • Eloquence            :  One student per language per School
        • Model                    : 2 students per model
        • Skit                        :  4 students per school
        • Teacher                :  Maximum 2 per school
        • Total 8 no of students and 2 teachers with all competitions are eligible for TA + Accommodation + Food. Rest of all the participants, if any have to bear the cost by themselves.

  • Travel allowance will be given only to outstation participants (schools outside Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad city limits). The allowance will be paid as per state government rates (ST bus fare) on submission of relevant documents /tickets. In case of candidates traveling via other means, the reimbursement can be as per permitted rate (ST bus fare) only on production of appropriate documentation. IPR’s account officers’ decision shall be final and binding. Note: It is advisable that IPR is informed in advance and permission taken in case other options of transport to be used. For outstation participants, IPR will provide bus service to carry their model to IPR site from RTO circle (BRTS bus stop), Ahmedabad via a shuttle bus service. The last bus will be available at 5:00 pm from RTO circle.  IPR will not provide any transportation service to reach IPR campus to any participants arriving after 5:00 pm on 19th January. Entry to IPR campus is not possible after 6 O’clock evening.It would not be feasible to provide accommodation to participants for the day reaching IPR after 6 O’clock evening. 

  • Basic accommodation (shared room or dormitory) will be provided to registered outstation school participants. The accommodation facility is limited and needs reservation on first come first serve basis. Schools need to mention the name of accompanied students + teachers and the information must be communicated to the coordinator, NSD committee on or before 15th December 2017.
  • Transportation between IPR campus and allotted accommodation place will be provided only in morning and evening (only one service).
  • Tea, Breakfast /snacks and Lunch will be provided by IPR to all participants (local + outstation school) at free of cost. Maximum participants per school cannot be more than 8 students + 2 teachers. Visitors and extra accompanying members to participants can use IPR canteen (which will be paid service). 
  • All the winners will be announced after the respective competitions, and the prizes will be given at the concluding session only. The session will be on 21st January 2018 afternoon. IPR do not take responsibility to send them by post in case of school/student absent during concluding ceremony. The prizes and certificates have to be collected by school from IPR.

❖      IPR તરફથી શાળા દીઠ મહત્તમ ૮ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તેમજ ૨ શિક્ષકોને જ મુસાફરી ભથ્થું (ટિકિટ ભાડું) અને રહેવાની વ્યવસ્થા આપવામાં આવશે. કેટેગરી પ્રમાણે મહત્તમ                  વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને શિક્ષકોની સંખ્યા નીચે સૂચવેલ મુજબ રહેશે.

❖      મુસાફરી ભથ્થું (ટિકિટ ભાડું) બહારગામના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/શિક્ષકો (ગાંધીનગર/અમદાવાદ શહેરની બહારના શાળાઓ) માટે આપવામાં આવશે. મુસાફરી ભથ્થું સંબંધિત પુરાવા/ટિકિટની રજૂઆતના આધારે રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા નિર્ધારિત દર (એસટી બસ ભાડું) મુજબ ચૂકવવામાં આવશે. અન્ય વિકલ્પ મારફતે મુસાફરી કરેલ ઉમેદવારોને યોગ્ય પુરાવા/માન્ય લિખિત પ્રમાણના આધારે મુસાફરી ભાડું ચુકવવામાં આવશે અને આ ચુકવણું કોઈ પણ સંજોગોમાં માન્ય નિર્ધારિત દર થી વધારે આપવામાં નહીં આવે. નાણાકીય બાબતોમાં IPR એકાઉન્ટ અધિકારીઓનો નિર્ણય આખરી અને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે. (નોંધ : ઇચ્છનીય છે કે ST બસ સિવાય અન્ય વિકલ્પ દ્વારા મુસાફરી કરતા અગાઉથી IPRને જાણ કરી મંજૂરી લેવી)
❖      બહારગામના શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/શિક્ષકો માટે આવશ્યક/ સાધારણ ભૌતિક સુવિધાઓ વાળી રહેવાની વ્યવસ્થા આપવામાં આવશે. રહેવાની સુવિધા મર્યાદિત છે અને શાળાઓને આ માટે નોંધણી કરાવવી જરૂરી છે. નોંધણી માટે  વિદ્યાર્થી/વિદ્યાર્થીની ના નામ + શિક્ષકોની માહિતી સંયોજક, NSD સમિતિને ૧૫ -ડિસેમ્બર-૨૦૧૭ સુધીમાં જાણ કરવા વિનંતી છે.
❖      ૧૯-જાન્યુઆરી-૨૦૧૮ ના રોજ બહારગામથી આવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/શિક્ષકોને અમદાવાદથી IPR આવવા માટે IPR શટલ બસ સેવાની વ્યવસ્થા રહેશે. આ બસ આરટીઓ સર્કલ (બીઆરટીએસ બસ સ્ટોપ પાસે ), અમદાવાદથી IPR કાર્યરત રહેશે.  છેલ્લી બસ આરટીઓ સર્કલથી ૫:૦૦ PM ની રહેશે. આ સેવા મુખ્યત્વે મોડેલ/પ્રોજેક્ટના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે છે. IPR ૧૯_જાન્યુઆરીના દિવસે સાંજે ૫:૦૦ પછી કોઈપણ પરિવહનની સવલત આપી શકશે નહીં અને જે તે શાળાએ પોતાની રીતે IPR ખાતે પહોંચવાનું રહેશે. સાંજે ૬:૦૦ પછી IPR પહોંચેલા લોકો માટે IPR કેમ્પસમાં પ્રવેશ તથા એ દિવસ માટે રહેવાની વ્યવસ્થા આપી શકશે નહિ. 
❖      કવીઝ, વક્તૃત્વ સ્પર્ધા, લઘુ-નાટ્ય (SKIT) અને નમૂના(મોડેલ)માં ભાગ લેનાર તમામ પ્રતિસ્પર્ધીઓ (લોકલ + બહારગામ) માટે IPR દ્વારા વિનામૂલ્યે ચા, નાસ્તો અને બપોરના જમવાના ની વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવશે. અગાઉથી નોંધણી કરેલ માહિતી મુજબ શાળા દીઠ મહત્તમ ૨ શિક્ષકો અને ૮ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે જ આ વ્યવસ્થા માન્ય રહેશે. શાળા તરફથી આવેલ અન્ય શિક્ષકગણ, અભિભાવક કે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સ્વખર્ચે IPR કેન્ટીન નો ઉપયોગ કરી શકે છે.
❖      IPR કેમ્પસ અને પ્રતિસ્પર્ધીઓને ફાળવવામાં આવેલા આવાસ સ્થળ વચ્ચે પરિવહન માત્ર સવારે અને સાંજે જ પૂરી પાડવામાં આવશે.
❖      સંબંધિત સ્પર્ધાઓ પછી વિજેતાઓના નામની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવશે, અને ઇનામ તેમજ પ્રમાણપત્ર વિતરણ  ૨૧-જાન્યુઆરી-૨૦૧૮ ના રોજ સમાપન સમારોહ દરમિયાન કરવામાં આવશે. ઇનામ વિતરણ સમારોહ દ્વારા ગેરહાજર રહેલ વિદ્યાર્થી કે શાળાએ પ્રમાણપત્ર/ઇનામ પોતાની વ્યવસ્થાએ IPRથી મેળવી લેવા. IPR પ્રમાણપત્ર કે ઇનામ જે તે શાળાને પહોંચતા કરવા માટે બાધ્ય નથી.

      • નિબંધ/પોસ્ટરના પરિણામો -૧૨જાન્યુઆરી
